The VT01 chocolate vibrating table is ideal for vibrating moulds of solid chocolate directly after filling. If you are making praline shells or hollow figures, you will first have to tap the moulds manually over a bowl to remove all the excess chocolate.

The VT01 also has variable speed control which is particularly useful for the times that you need gentler vibration.
