INFINITY BX Fully Automatic Continuous Chocolate Tempering Machine

The INFINITY BX is a compact, fully automatic, continuous chocolate tempering machine suitable for tempering batches of chocolate from 6kgs up to 24kgs. It’s very easy to use and is our entry level machine for those of you looking for a smaller, less costly machine than the Infinity AX. It features a removable auger, for simple and quick chocolate changes.

OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS

  • Minimum batch size 6kgs
  • Tank capacity 24kgs
  • Use down to 3kgs of tempered chocolate
  • Flow rate of up to 500 kgs/hour
  • Can be periodically/continuously topped up with melted chocolate while running
  • Designed to work with inclusions up to 5mm
  • Foot-pedal operated manual depositing
  • Automatic deposit timer
  • Adjustable flow control
  • Maximum recommended environment temperature is 22˚c
  • Optional vibrating tables (heated/unheated)
  • Optional INFINITY depositing head

  • Removable auger for easy cleaning
  • Supplied with foot pedal
  • Pump reverse option to empty auger tube and outlet pipe
  • Outlet pipe can be swivelled to fill large moulds alongside machine
  • Cover to prevent contamination
  • Lockable castors for ease of moving
  • Electronic contact heaters for precise, responsive control
  • Fully insulated tank for energy efficiency
  • Gas cooling (R452a)
  • All contact parts made from stainless steel 304 (except auger)
  • Single phase supply, 13 Amp, 220-240V, 50/60Hz

 

CLEANING

The INFINITY BX  is fitted with a removable auger and a very convenient drain outlet at the rear of the machine. The auger is easily removed from the top of the machine, allowing any remaining chocolate to be shaken off directly into the tank with no mess. As a result, fully cleaning the machine can be completed in just 15-20 minutes (excluding drying time).

  • Low-level drain to efficiently empty tank and clean pipes
  • Auger can be easily removed directly above tank to avoid mess
  • Outlet pipe can be removed and dismantled for easy cleaning
